Reservation & Payment
All reservations require payment at the time of booking to secure the vehicle and time slot. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time are 5o% refund
No-Show Policy
If the client fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time without notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Wait Time
A 15-minute grace period is included for all pickups.
For airport pickups:
We monitor flights and adjust pickup times when necessary.
Changes to Reservations
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours of the reservation may not be guaranteed.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle.
A cleaning fee (including but not limited to spills or vomiting) will be charged accordingly.
Service Conditions
All rides are pre-arranged. We do not accept street hails.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or violates company policies.
